My pivotal role in the Spinneys Lebanon website project encompassed various crucial responsibilities. I initiated the project by conducting an in-depth assessment and meticulously crafting the initial technical documentation to pave the way for its successful implementation. This included orchestrating seamless data integration across diverse systems.

Our project followed the Agile methodology, fostering collaboration among multiple teams. I played a central role in facilitating daily and weekly meetings to ensure that everyone was aligned and informed.

One of the project's primary objectives was to integrate Spinneys' ERP system for real-time updates on product stock and prices. Simultaneously, we integrated the Point of Sale (POS) system, enhancing order handling and processing at the local branches. Additionally, we developed a user-friendly pickup application, providing customers with complete visibility into their orders.

To enhance customer engagement and marketing efforts, I oversaw the integration of Klaviyo CRM into the website.

Given the complexity and scale of the project, we deployed it online in phases, ensuring that each component was thoroughly tested and optimized before going live. This approach allowed us to deliver a robust and reliable website that met Spinneys Lebanon's diverse needs.
